Finally, after months of frustrations, hard work, research and shooting TheWeblogProject takes one of his major steps along the innovative path to independent movie production.

TheWeblogProject goes live today by starting to post on a daily basis a new clip from this growing open-source internet movie.

For those of you who can point their satellite dish to the sky, here the directions to capture our clips: Hot Bird 1 - 13° Est Transponder 16 Frequency: 11.534 V Symbol Rate: 27.500 FEC: 3/4 Service Name: Nessuno TV. Yes, TheWeblogProject is now also on satellite TV and can be viewed daily at 8pm GMT+1 on the Blog TV daily showcase.

All of the TheWeblogProject video clips will also be posted here on this blog so that you will have full access to all of the footage shot and being released as we go along toward the next phase.

TheWeblogProject has been taking a LONG vacation to re-organize itself after some important changes.

The road ahead has presented itself a bit more difficult than expected, and my original partners in the project, Marco Montemagno and Massimo Stella have decided to move onto another ambitious Internet Television project: TGBlog.

TGBlog is a daily mini-dose of useful information for everyone wanting to learn more about the Internet in the format of a one-minute videoclip. Marco presents the news in Italian and Massimo has taken very good care of the production, shooting and editing aspects. The clips are well produced and quite interesting indeed. Though there haven't been news updates since the start of the long Italian summer holiday, if you don't mind watching some Italian-spoken grassroots net news you may want to spend 60 seconds and check out some of the cool clips aired so far.
