Blogs are about freedom, and this video remix by Alessandro Luccardi, creates some visual poetry around this idea.
By remixing together the beautiful footage of Kurt Burk along with the music from Westindiangirl, this video remix shows how surprisingly effective the art of remixing will likely be.

Great remix sequence by TheWeblogProject own team, with this "What is a blog in 20 seconds" remix. Nico Canali took Eyespot editing capabilities to the test and made a 20 seconds grammatically correct phrase about what blogs are, with the contribution of thirteen different interviewees' clips. The result is definitely worth a look.

A new remix of TheweblogProject clips and underlining again the ego-centric, "we are the center of the world" attitude, of "some" bloggers.
The take is hironic and the cool rap-style editing make this new Eyespot remix worth a good look.

The mini-guide includes multiple sections providing Wired own selection of the best video destinations to go and check out online. Of course you need a pretty recent computer, a speedy internet connection (ISDN not enough) and a good video display/card combination. Given the above and some free time to explore and play around you are certainly in for some truly interesting discoveries.
For one, in the opening page under the Documentary section, TheWeblogProject finds its space as a recommended destination to follow.
"...Sure, a lot of the material is junk: dorm pranks, nip slips, America's silliest home videos. But some of it is brilliant: House of Cosbys, Kevin Sites's hot zone at Yahoo! News, archives of cold war propaganda films. Some people look at the sheer amount of material and see a mess. But we see, amid the flood of content and competing delivery services, a new medium emerging, one with fewer gatekeepers, more producers, and - somewhere - something for everyone. And that's the point: The mess is the message.
That doesn't make it easy to sample.
So we've created a Me-Vee Guide - a way for you to understand, navigate, and participate in the online video explosion.
