Here the full text transcript of this video clip:

"Blogs are a very important phenomenon because it’s about sharing.

And this is what’s very new.

If you take a step ahead on what’s happening I think sharing information has more value than protecting it.

So if you blog something, you share something with your network, with people you don’t know and it creates opportunities.

And this really a little bit like the open-source movement... but for your mind... so you open-source yourself... and I think this is very important.

It’s like a public email and I think what we see is instant messaging and blogs becoming very very important.

Basically you never know that another person could help you on something. So, like, I launched my company in Germany and I didn’t know anybody in Germany and I know very few German people and I just blogged it. Is there anyone in Germany who read my blog? ...and I had a few friends who said, "Well, let’s meet!" ... and they helped me and basically we organized dinners, we were 50 people in Hamburg, 20 in Dusseldorf. So after 10 days I had a network of about 200 people in Germany, and I don’t speak German. [Then] I found my job as a manager in about two weeks and my business was started in three weeks.

So that’s something I couldn’t have done without my blog."
