Steve Bosserman is an expert in organizational development and knowledge management. Accepting my very personal invitation Steve has recently decided to become a full-time blogger bringing his passion and true interests as resources for discussion and exploration for others.

I owe my meeting with Steve to Andrius Kulikauskas of Mincius Sodas, an instigator of critical thinkers, who brought us together for a conference on Open Content held at the State University of Milan last June.
