What is a blog? Live webcast from Cinecittà tomorrow: URL available video clip
Wednesday, April 27, 2005Last refinements and edits to the presentation to be given tomorrow at Cinecittà. In the afternoon I will be at the Studio 20 to test Internet connectivity and verify that everything is running as expected.
TheWeblogproject Sponsors iVocalize and Presenternet are providing a friendly and easy-to-use facility that will allow us to live-cast my presentation of TheWeblogProject tomorrow afternoon for up to 200 simultaneous viewers.
The presentation will be in English and the time should be around 3pm GMT+1 (9am EST)4pm equivalent to 10am EST, though being back in Rome, this is a bit harder to say :-)
There should be a follow-up Q&A session both for the live audience and for those of you connecting remotely.
To attend the live-cast presentation with your computer you need only to have an Internet connection and a set of speakers or a headset to listen to the audio part. For those of you who will want to ask live questions at the end of the presentation you will need also a microphone connected to your PC/Mac to be able to mke your voice be heard. Access is free, no registration is required, limited seating available. You can try to login and test your equipment now at: http://tinyurl.com/8uj6h
