What is a blog? Micro Persuasion about TheWeblogProject video clip

Steve Rubel aka Micropersuasion has courtesly posted about our project.
Reading it we have understood that we need to be much more clear about 2 fundamental points:
1) MONEY:
We are NOT doing TheWeblogProject movie to get rich !
We have no other agenda but the one of helping bloggers tell everyone else what this media revolution is all about.
We kindly ask to all the bloggers willing to support this ambitious project, to give us a little hand in making this initiative possible (helping us make this a reality without having to sell our computers. ;-) ).
Each supporting contributor will have therefore the possibility of re-editing completely the whole footage in any desired way and to post back to us a new version of the movie for public review and promotion.
To fund the movie and complete the project we'll accept also external sponsors (but we'll evaluate only sponsors whom agree with the mission and philosophy of the project... a specific page about it is coming).
Costs and expenses will be transparent and published on the website.
NOTE: If we'll collect more money than needed to produce the movie we'll donor the extra amount to Doctors without Borders.
Please read the "How Will Be Produced?"and "How Will be Funded?" pages to better understand the project and if you still have doubts just discuss it in the Forum, write about it in our Wiki or contact us.
2) MOVIE STARS:
Featured stars, producers, fundraisers and actors of TheWeblogProject movie have all a unique trait: they are all bloggers.
On one hand we will engage face to face the most vocal, opinionated and visionary among bloggers to share with the rest of the world what Blogs are all about and why we should pay attention to them.
To do this we have put in place an open polling mechanism that leverages the power of folksonomies.
On the other hand we will be collecting video clips from all bloggers around the world.
Anyone can submit a clip; no registration, no fee, no nothing.
If you are a blogger and have a way to communicate:
What blogs are about ? What is blogs potential? What can be a blog be used for?
Then you can certainly send in your material.

And again if you still have doubts just discuss it in the Forum, write about it in our Wiki or contact us.
